I finished up the last class sample for the More Journal Making for the Fiber Artist class.
This journal is a 3-fold design with 3 signatures and a hand coiled wire bound notebook. There are pockets on the other sides of the flaps too. I'll be making more of this design in the coming weeks, I've got some other ideas for the coiled notebook that I think will be fun to do.

This one is so very elegant, and the colours so delicate, I love the handcoiled wirebound notebook in it too!
love

I stumbled onto your blog this morning. I wish I were crafty. Then again, I just wish I had a clean house. :) Great blog.

Hi Sue!
Your journal is gorgeous!
how experienced a sewer do you need to be to take a class like this? I am a beginner. :)

Hi Sue,
How exciting that you've developed another journal making class. I'm SO enjoying the current one - I'll have to think very seriously about the second one.

You know that noise that a person who has been marrooned - say on a desert island or a long long traffic jam - makes when finally given food, and not just food but his favourite stickiest yummiest food. The noise when his eyes roll up in delight and he can't speak becuase he is stuffing his mouth so full? Yup, making that noise right now! Delicious journalI am only not signing up at once bcause I am staggering payments for future courses for cashflow reasons.
