I've been working on some commission orders for paper bag journals over the last few days and at the same time I thought I'd create a few new journals for the shop as well:
These are all brown paper bag surfaces and the one on the far right has been filled with hand painted papers.
These next ones are made using a leather lotka paper:
The surface on these is amazing. When I pulled the paper out of the box I could have sworn it was fabric. It has a suede like feel to it. It's just gorgeous in person. All of these new journals are in the shop.

These are so amazing, Sue! The look is so elegant yet rugged. I think someone like Ernest Hemmingway would like to keep a journal like this!!!
By the way, the photo cube looks like a great investment. Wow, what a difference in the photos of that beautiful vase!
