Yoga mat bag & lace knitting

Remember this fabric I had on the loom a couple of posts ago?

I spent a couple of hours yesterday turning it into this new yoga mat carrier.

and one of my Christmas gifts was some skeins of baby alpaca yarn.  I decided to try my hand at knitting lace with it and started a new scarf:

This yarn is so soft, it's a real pleasure to knit with.   I've always avoided trying to knit lace patterns because they looked so complex and  hard to follow but I have to say I am really enjoying knitting this scarf.  Anybody have any good lace knitting books they'd recommend?
